OUR 1 YEAR WARRANTY
At QUIVE London, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our footwear. That's why QUIVE London footwear is covered by our 1 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase.
WHAT IS COVERED?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that become apparent during normal and reasonable use of the product.
This may include defects relating to materials, stitching, construction or other workmanship issues that are determined to have resulted from the manufacturing process.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper storage or care, exposure to unsuitable conditions, or alterations or repairs carried out by a third party.
Natural creasing, variations in leather grain and gradual changes in the appearance of leather are normal characteristics of leather footwear and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Wear to soles, heels, insoles and other components resulting from normal use is also not considered a manufacturing defect.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
If you believe your QUIVE London footwear has developed a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, please contact our Customer Care team.
To help us assess your claim, we may ask you to provide:
• Your order number or other proof of purchase
• Photographs clearly showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem and when it developed
We may also ask for the footwear to be returned for inspection where necessary.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER A CLAIM?
Once we have assessed the product and confirmed that the issue is covered by our warranty, we will provide an appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.
This may include repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Our 1 Year Warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect the rights or remedies available to you under applicable UK consumer law.
