1 Year Warranty

Our 1 Year Footwear Warranty

At QUIVE London, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our footwear. Our voluntary 1 Year Warranty covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase, provided the warranty is registered within 30 calendar days of purchase. This registration requirement does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

What Is Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that become apparent during normal and reasonable use of the product. This may include defects relating to materials, stitching, construction or other workmanship issues that are determined to have resulted from the manufacturing process.

What Is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper storage or care, exposure to unsuitable conditions, or alterations or repairs carried out by a third party.

Natural creasing, variations in leather grain and gradual changes in the appearance of leather are normal characteristics of leather footwear and are not considered manufacturing defects. Wear to soles, heels, insoles and other components resulting from normal use is also not considered a manufacturing defect.

Register Your Warranty

To register your footwear, please contact Customer Care within 30 calendar days of purchase. Include your order number, purchase date, product name and the email address used for the order. Customer Care will record the registration and confirm it with you.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your QUIVE London footwear has developed a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, please contact Customer Care. To claim under our voluntary warranty, the product must have been registered within 30 calendar days of purchase.

Please provide:

  • Your order number or other proof of purchase
  • The purchase date and product details
  • Clear photographs showing the issue
  • A brief description of the issue and when it developed

We may also ask for the footwear to be returned for inspection where necessary. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

What Happens After a Claim?

Once we have assessed the product and confirmed that the issue is covered by our warranty, we will provide an appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances. This may include repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy.

Your Statutory Rights

Our 1 Year Warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect the rights or remedies available to you under applicable UK consumer law.
