QUIVE London Affiliate Programme Terms

These terms apply to the QUIVE London Affiliate Programme operated by SEGA International Limited, trading as QUIVE London (“QUIVE London”, “we”, “us”). By applying, accepting an invitation or using an affiliate link or discount code, you agree to these terms and the applicable Shopify Collabs terms.

1. Eligibility and approval

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate application information.
  • Participation is subject to our approval and is not guaranteed.
  • The programme accepts applications and invitations. We may approve, reject, suspend or remove an affiliate at our discretion.
  • You must keep your Shopify Collabs and payment information accurate and secure.

2. Affiliate links and discount codes

  • Approved affiliates receive a personalised affiliate link and/or discount code through Shopify Collabs.
  • Links and codes must only be used for genuine promotion of QUIVE London products.
  • Links and codes must not be altered, transferred, sold or shared on unauthorised voucher or coupon websites.
  • Customers currently receive 10% off eligible products. The discount is limited to one use per customer and remains subject to the conditions shown at checkout.

3. Commission and attribution

  • The current commission rate is 10% on eligible product sales correctly attributed to the affiliate by Shopify Collabs.
  • Shopify Collabs records determine attribution. Orders not tracked through the affiliate’s approved link or code will not qualify.
  • Commission is not payable on cancelled, returned, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, duplicate or self-referred orders.
  • Commission may be adjusted if an order is partially refunded or otherwise changed.
  • The programme currently applies to one-time purchases. If subscription products become eligible, commission will apply only to the first subscription order unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

4. Validation and payment

  • Commission is held for a 60-day validation period after the relevant order.
  • During this period, we may review the order for returns, cancellations, payment disputes, fraud or other ineligible activity.
  • After validation, approved commission is processed through Shopify Collabs according to its payment schedule and requirements.
  • Affiliates are responsible for their own tax reporting and obligations.

5. Advertising disclosure

  • Affiliate content must be clearly identifiable as advertising before customers engage with it.
  • Use a prominent label such as “Ad” or “#Ad” at the beginning of relevant posts, videos, stories, articles or descriptions.
  • Labels such as “affiliate” or “collab” alone might not be sufficiently clear.
  • You must comply with the CAP Code, ASA guidance, platform rules and all advertising laws applicable to your audience.

6. Content requirements

  • Content must be honest, accurate and based on genuine experience.
  • You must not make misleading, exaggerated, unsubstantiated or unauthorised claims about QUIVE London or its products.
  • You must not publish unlawful, discriminatory, offensive or harmful content in connection with the programme.
  • You must respect copyright, trademarks, privacy and other third-party rights.

7. Prohibited activity

You must not:

  • Place orders through your own affiliate link or code, or arrange artificial self-referrals.
  • Use bots, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake accounts or other tracking manipulation.
  • Publish codes on coupon, cashback or deal websites without written permission.
  • Bid on “QUIVE”, “QUIVE London”, our domain, trademarks or misspellings in paid-search advertising.
  • Create websites, domains or social accounts that impersonate QUIVE London.
  • Send spam or use misleading messages, advertisements or promotions.
  • Offer unauthorised discounts, competitions, guarantees or incentives.

8. Monitoring and enforcement

We may review applications, content, traffic and orders for compliance. Suspected breaches may result in investigation, withheld or cancelled commission, suspension of links or codes, or removal from the programme.

9. Brand use

Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive and revocable permission to use approved QUIVE London brand assets solely for authorised programme promotion. Our intellectual property remains owned by us and must not be modified or used in a misleading manner.

10. Independent relationship

Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, franchise or authority to make commitments on behalf of QUIVE London.

11. Changes and termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may update the programme, commission rate or these terms. Valid commission earned before termination remains subject to validation, returns, fraud checks and these terms.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable Shopify Collabs privacy terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
