HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SHOE SIZE?
We recommend ordering your usual UK shoe size. You can also use our Men's Footwear Size Guide to compare UK, EU and US sizing.

DO DIFFERENT SHOE STYLES FIT DIFFERENTLY?
There can be slight differences in fit depending on the design and construction of the shoe. Lace-up styles such as Oxfords and Derbys offer greater adjustment around the foot, while loafers and Chelsea boots rely more closely on the shape of the shoe.
ARE QUIVE LONDON SHOES MADE FROM REAL LEATHER?
Please refer to the materials stated on each individual product page. Where a product is described as genuine or real leather, the relevant components are made using leather as specified in the product description.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and any available tracking information.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes. Eligible items can be returned within the return period stated in our returns policy.
Shoes should be tried on indoors on a clean, soft surface and returned unworn, in their original condition and with their original packaging and tags.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY SHOES FOR ANOTHER SIZE?

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY LEATHER SHOES?
Remove surface dust regularly using a soft brush or cloth. For leather footwear, use an appropriate shoe cream or polish suitable for the particular leather and test any care product on a discreet area first.
Allow wet footwear to dry naturally away from direct heat. Shoe trees can also help maintain the shape of your footwear between wears.
