Who owns QUIVE London?

QUIVE London is a brand owned by SEGA International Limited. Our products are designed in Northampton, England, and manufactured in India. Many footwear styles are made predominantly by hand. Read our story, our craftsmanship and company and media information.

Are QUIVE London products made from real leather?

The range includes leather and suede footwear, leather jackets and bags. Materials differ by model: check the upper, lining, insole and outsole listed on each footwear page, and the leather and lining details on jacket and bag pages. Suede is a leather finish; it needs different care from smooth leather.

How do I choose my shoe size?

Start with your usual UK shoe size and use our size guide to check measurements and fit. Derby and Chukka styles use laces for adjustment; loafers and Chelsea boots rely more closely on the shape of the shoe. Try shoes indoors on a clean, soft surface. Your toes should have room, with a secure heel and no painful pressure.

How should a leather jacket fit?

Choose the layers you intend to wear underneath, then check that the jacket fastens comfortably and allows normal shoulder and arm movement. Leather can soften with use, but it should not need to stretch to correct a restrictive fit. See the size guide and our leather jacket style guide.

Do you offer free UK delivery?

Yes, standard UK delivery is free on all orders and uses Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed before 2 p.m. Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day. Tracked 24 aims for the next working day after dispatch; please allow 1–2 working days because this service is not guaranteed. Can I return my order?

Eligible UK orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery, with complimentary UK return postage. Products must meet the conditions in our returns policy, including original condition and packaging. Try footwear indoors until you decide to keep it.

Can I exchange for another size?

Please use our Customer Care contact form. We will explain the return or replacement options and check availability for the size you need.

Do your shoes have a warranty?

Eligible footwear has a voluntary one-year warranty, subject to the published terms and registration within 30 days of purchase. Read the warranty terms and registration instructions before registering. This is separate from your statutory rights.

How should I care for leather and suede?

Use care products appropriate to the material and finish, testing on a discreet area first. Remove dust gently and allow damp products to dry naturally away from radiators and direct heat.
