Free Next Day Delivery
We offer FREE Next Day Delivery on all UK orders.
Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will normally be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Please note that delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather and public holidays.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your QUIVE London purchase.
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, footwear must be unworn, unused and in its original, resellable condition, with all original packaging, tags and shoe boxes included.
We recommend trying footwear indoors on a clean, soft surface until you are certain that you wish to keep it.
Free & Easy Returns
We offer FREE returns on eligible UK orders. Please follow the return instructions provided with your order or contact our Customer Care team if you require assistance.
Please do not attach labels, tape or other materials directly to the original shoe box. The shoe box forms part of the product and should be returned in suitable protective outer packaging.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process the refund after it has been issued.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your product has developed a fault, please contact our Customer Care team before returning it.
We will review the issue and provide the appropriate assistance.
